Experience and learn more by playing back the following lectures on your computer. If you want a more extensive tour, please go here. Follow these steps to get ready:

1. Register for a user account here enrolling in the Demo community -- the Comunity Key is demo
2. If you already have Sun's Java Runtime Environment (JRE 1.5.0_01 (aka 5.0) or later) on your computer, then simply start playing the content below.
3. Since you do not have the JRE, please follow these installation steps and then play the content below.

• An extensive user manual is available by sending email to the Lecture123 Support Team.
• Lecture123 supports many different repositories, e.g. each University might have their own branded area. Each of these repositories have their own lecture storage area along with separate Lecture123 programs. This hands-on tour uses the general Lecture123 repository. You will be guided to register for user account, install Lecture123 programs, and play and record content from this Lecture123 repository. If you use another repository, then once you complete this tour you will need to register and install the programs from that repository -- then you are ready to work in your area.

• Lecture123 Vision -- 16 minute presentation from spring 2005 examining results collected from users to date along with a look at the vision of Lecture123.
• Drum Lesson -- 2 minute drum beat lesson; you may wish to disable the questions and answers the first time in the View menu: uncheck Show QAs, check Mute QA sound. Then enable QAs, pause the lecture at any point, and click on a QA bubble.
• Collage -- 4 minute collage illustrating uses from a collection of lectures from many disciplines.
